Koogler Homes owner Don Koogler not only oversees each and every home he builds, but also participates in hands-on crafting each one.

• Don's personal residence, the Baronial, is open for viewing only by appointment.

• The Baronial is at 1814 S.E. 44th Street, east of Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral.

• The two-story Baronial has 4,800 square feet of living area and 6,950 total square feet.

• The Baronial includes three bedrooms, five baths, a game room, a spacious kitchen, great room, study, courtyard, two balconies and 824-square-foot garage.

• Like the Baronial, the features in any Koogler-built home can include:

  • Extensive faux painting

  • Built-in shelves and wall niches
